Budget Game

We define budget games to be those that have been re-released at a lower price point. These have different, usually smaller, packaging and the protection is often either simpler or completely removed from the disk. This is likely because they could no longer master it, for financial or technical reasons. Multi-game packs are classed as compilations, and not budget.
