This system helps us be more responsive to incoming queries since it is much more assessable than email, allows us to respond to queries as a team, as well completely negating the growing spam problem (the amount of spam we get has increased dramatically in recent years, in the year 2006 we were getting around 100 to 200 (or more) junk emails a day). If you still feel you need to address someone directly, please use the addresses provided below.
